joseph boyce orr who passed in his sleep unexpectedly on the 26 august 2007 aged 75, he worked for british gas for 34 years .After retirement worked for corp of commissionairs until his passing.His wife margie 6 grandchildren 4 great grandchildren loved him dearly,and miss him so much, he was a kind and thoughtful man generous to a fault with his time and money.He loved his football played in his youth.In 1948 he came to london from scotland to play for chelsea in the schoolboys eleven and never went back only to holiday.We had 52 years together 48 of those married.What will i do without him.
Happy anniversary grandad, love you so much and miss you dearly. Please watch over Nanna right now, shes feeling very unwell and I pray she pulls through this. She has to get that letter from the queen, we have said it all these years, so please help her strength to grow for a little while longer if its at all in your power up there. Love always xxxx

my dad was the best dad u could ever ask for i miss him every day i used to go and see him every sunday and talked to him every day i cant believe its nearly two years i hope one of his grandkids loves football as much as he did my mum and all of our family miss u i love u dad always and forever xxxxxx

Joseph Boyce Orr was, and still is, the most wonderful grandfather you could ever ask for. He was kind, generous,witty and spent his whole life working for a great life to give those he loved. His wife Lydia, was the apple of his eye and he would have been lost without her, just as she is without him. He would give me pocket money every week and still tried to even when i turnt 21!,its just the kind of decent man he was. Granddad, you are dearly missed by all, we shall never forget you and you will always live in my heart and memories. Love you eternally xxx
